I specialize in working with adults—including men, women, and LGBTQ+ individuals—who’ve learned to suppress their emotions, silence their needs, or carry the weight of high expectations. Many of my clients struggle with:

Over time, that disconnection can leave you feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who you really are.
